How to issue your Eligibility Certificate (free, in minutes)

The official eligibility check now happens directly on gov.gr — our page's test gives you a subsidy estimate and prepares your file for the next stage, the Financing Application.

  1. Update your contact details in the National Communication Registry (EMEp).
  2. Log in with your Taxisnet credentials at anakainisi.apps.gov.gr.
  3. The platform automatically checks your tax data (E1/E2/E9, ATAK, electricity supply number) — the check completes within minutes.
  4. Married or in a civil partnership: your spouse consents via a link received by SMS or email.
  5. The Eligibility Certificate is issued to your citizen inbox — you are notified by SMS and email.

Each natural person together with their dependents may submit up to one application for a closed home (vacant ≥2 years) and/or one for a primary residence.
